Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any damage or inaccuracies.
Provide Proof
Share clear photographs or a short video of the outer packaging, the invoice, and the specific product defect to facilitate a quick verification process.
Package Securely
Ensure the perfume bottle is placed back in its original brand box with all seals intact (if applicable) and packed securely to prevent further damage during transit.
QC and Resolution
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will initiate a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
